2-1. What Is Functionality QA?
A functionality QA Test in game testing refers to a test checking whether the planned content and the actual content are the same, as well as whether errors have occurred unexpectedly.
2-2. Testing Games vs Apps: What differences exist in their respective functionality QAs?
When it comes to conventional apps, a clear purpose exists when it comes to functionality testing. Game testing, on the other hand, has content with various purposes within each genre. This variety leads to the need for more deliberation in game functionality QAs than for app functionality QAs.
3] Do Apps Need More QA Services?
A prevailing line of thought is that all apps need QA services. Even if a QA is conducted during the developmental stage, by conducting tests utilizing experience gained through the testing of various apps, this testing presents a more diverse pool, and undiscovered bugs and elements that can be abused have a better chance of being discovered.
Additionally, to increase user satisfaction, conducting a functionality QA(user-based testing,) under the same condition as the user, is considered a good idea.
